As many know Cymorth Llaw home care services prides itself on the level and standard of care it delivers to many vulnerable people living in North Wales.
With this in mind and at the request of BBC Wales, Cymorth Llaw recently took part in ‘Week in Week Out’ & ‘Panorama’ programs, investigating the problems of recruitment and retention in the social care sector here in Wales and within the wider U.K.
The program will air on Monday 20th March at 8:30pm
Cymorth Llaw directors, managers and care staff appeared on camera sharing their thoughts and views, also giving an a real life insight into the essential role of a care worker, the daily challenges they face and the superb level of care our outstanding people are able to provide to many at home.
Company director Ken Hogg and care worker Amanda Hopewell will also be appearing on the BBC Breakfast program on Monday morning before the show airs on Monday evening.
Last year, Cymorth Llaw achieved its 16th consecutive outstanding service inspection report from our governing body in Wales CSSIW – a report that again showed no need for service improvement recommendation what so ever.
