Workforce Development – We invest greatly into the training, development and support of our Care Workers. At no cost to our staff, we provide our Care Workers with all the training, knowledge and qualifications they need to deliver high quality care at home.

Environment of Learning – All our training is conducted from our purpose built and award winning Care Worker Training Centre, based at Parc Menai Business Park in Bangor, Gwynedd. This facility is also home to our hugely successful Young Care Worker program – Carer Cadet.

Leading from the front – We employ Care Service Managers who are highly active in the community and who are constantly evaluating your care need. Our managers are highly experienced, knowledgeable and are completely understanding of individual requirements when planning your bespoke care package.

Capacity to Care – We employ a workforce of over 200 highly trained and motivated people throughout the region and we continue to grow. We are able to offer our staff a long term career in Social Care work with the hours of work they want, through employment that is both flexible and permanent – giving you the continuity of service you desire.

We are an approved service provider for Gwynedd, Anglesey and Conwy Local Authorities & Local Health Boards. We work closely with many other care service commissioners and deliver many hours of care throughout the region. We cater for a large, diverse and wide ranging private client base through a service that is highly responsive and specific to need.

We are registered with the CSSIW as both a Homecare and Nursing Agency. We are a member of the UKHCA and we are also recognised as Investor’s in People.
